Our No Hassle Refund and Exchange Policy

Peacefull Pillows returns or exchanges can be made easily. If purchased merchandise is unused (with package seal still intact) and unopened in original packaging, refunds or exchanges for equal product value are available up to 30 days from purchase date, sorry no exceptions! Just contact us by email (info@peacefullpillows.com) letting us know the reason for your return or exchange and we will issue a return code and return address.
Simply package your return or exchange, securely in proper fitting box or envelope, and ship it to return address issued. All shipping charges for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of customer. Returned merchandise must be received by Peacefull Pillows before refunds or exchanges can be made. Refunds will be credited to purchaser's credit card account.
